Hi! I’m Michelle,

A survivor of the infamous big C and my goal with creating this website is to be bring more awareness to ovarian cancer.

  • I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences

​

  • At the age of 23 I was diagnosed with a very rare form of ovarian cancer, an immature teratoma (stage 1 grade 2)

​

  • Had a unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy to remove my right ovary and fallopian tube September 9th, 2019  

​

  • Started chemotherapy October 14th, 2019

​​

  • Officially cancer free January 14th, 2020

 

​

  • Currently loving my job as an EMT 

​

  • Soon applying to PA school 

​

  • Dog momma to the sweetest pup, Luna Bear Hand 

​
